Delete your Simple IR account

For the app Simple IR: Copy Your Remote by BoredJejemonPH.

In the app (immediate)

Open Simple IR and go to Explore (Your remotes ▸ Explore shared remotes).
Tap your account picture at the top right.
Tap Delete account, then Delete. Google may ask you to confirm your account.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email developersoap@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Simple IR account, from the Google account you signed in with. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account (name, email address and account ID from Google Sign-In)
Every remote you shared on Explore, with its buttons and codes
Your likes (taken off the like counts), your download records and your reports

Delete some data and keep your account

A remote you shared: open it on Explore and choose Remove from Explore. The remote, its buttons and codes are deleted from our servers right away.
A like: tap the heart again on that remote. Your like is deleted and taken off the count.
Anything else: email developersoap@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with and tell us what to delete. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is kept

Nothing linked to you is kept. Download counts on other people's remotes stay as plain totals with no link to you. Remotes stored only on your phone are not on our servers; they are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
